  • You will receive a full refund if an event is canceled and not rescheduled.

2. Refund Eligibility

 

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including all fees.

  • Event Postponement/Rescheduling: Your original tickets are typically valid for the new date. Refunds for these events are generally not offered unless explicitly stated by the event organizer.

  • Invalid or Fraudulent Tickets: If you are denied entry due to invalid or fraudulent tickets, you may be eligible for a full refund. You must notify us immediately and provide proof of denial.

  • Tickets Not as Ordered: If the tickets delivered are not what you ordered and we are unable to provide comparable alternative tickets, you may be eligible for a full refund. You must notify us within a reasonable time frame.

  • Tickets Not Delivered: If your tickets are not delivered in time for the event, you may be eligible for a full refund.


 

3. Non-Refundable Situations
